
A new 75-unit multi-family housing project is planned for downtown Sunnyvale. With $40.7MM in non-recourse construction financing and preferred equity, Lane Partners and Bay West Development are partnering to develop the project.
The 5–story apartment building at 311 S. Mathilda St. will include a landscaped courtyard and roof deck, state-of-the-art fitness center and clubhouse, according the plans submitted by the developers.
Ground breaking is set to occur in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
